Can I hire Redefine for design and construction if I already own my home?
Currently, our Design+Build services are exclusively available to clients who are buying or selling a property with us. Because our team specializes in identifying potential in new properties and maximizing resale value, our construction schedule is fully dedicated to supporting these specific real estate transactions. While we may expand to offer standalone renovations to existing homeowners in the future, at this moment, our services are exclusive to our real estate clients.
I just bought a house with another agent. Can we hire redefine to help me renovate it?
First of all, congratulations on the new home! However, we are unable to take on the project. Our business model is unique—we act as a single point of accountability from the property search through the final nail driven. This integrated workflow requires us to be involved from the very beginning of the purchase transaction.
Does the size or scope of the construction project matter?
Not at all. We are equipped to handle the full spectrum of project needs.Whether you need a “light refresh” (like fresh paint and refinishing floors) to make a new purchase feel like home, strategic updates to get a property market-ready for sale, or a complete ground-up custom build—we do it all. The size of the project is not the deciding factor—the relationship is. As long as the renovation is tied to a property you are buying or selling with us, no project is too small or too complex for our team.
